Meritorious Service Medals

These soldiers of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 194th Engineer Brigade, Tennessee Army National Guard were presented the Meritorious Service Medal during a ceremony in Iraq. The Jackson, Tennessee based Guard unit deployed December 2004 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 04-06.

The soldiers are (front row from left): Sergeant Tammy Floyd, Major Tim Stewart, Captain Richie Gammons, Sergeant Nathan Hayes, and Chief Warrant Officer 2 Harold Renfroe.

Back row from left are: Sergeant First Class Ricky Houston, Chief Warrant Officer 3 Marty Murphy, Sergeant Major Dennis Creecy, Master Sergeant Terry Buckley and Sergeant Clifford Bates.

Making the presentations was Brigadier General Jimmy Welch, Commander of the 194th.
