Lee Promotion

Sergeant Brian Lee, of Jackson, was promoted to his present rank recently. SGT Lee is serving in Iraq with the 194th Engineer Brigade (TA). The Jackson Tennessee Army National Guard unit has been deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 04-06 since December 2004.

SGT Lee is a carpenter and masonry NCO in Iraq. A 1991 graduate of Southaven Mississippi High School, he has 12 years service in the Mississippi and Tennessee Army National Guard. He is employed at Basell Polyolefins in Jackson.

SGT Lee is married to the former Jessica Kirk and their children are Raven, Natalie and Miles.
