Army Commendation Medals - 24 June 2005

The soldiers pictured of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 194th Engineer Brigade (TA), Tennessee Army National Guard, Jackson, Tennessee recently received the Army Commendation Medal during a ceremony in Iraq. The 194th has been deployed in Iraq since January as a part of Operation Iraqi Freedom 04-06.

The Army Commendation Medal is awarded to soldiers who, while serving in any capacity with the Army distinguishes himself or herself by heroism, meritorious achievement or meritorious service.
