Army Commendation Medals

Six soldiers from Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 194th Engineer Brigade, Tennessee Army National Guard of Jackson recently received the Army Commendation Medal during ceremonies in Iraq. Brigadier General Jimmy Welch, Commander of the 194th, handed out the medals.

The soldiers are (front from left) Specialist Arthur Weaver and Sergeant Greg Wadley.

Back from left are Sergeant Scott Whitaker, Sergeant First Class Frank Shelton, Sergeant First Class John Graves and Sergeant First Class Charles Oakley.

The 194th deployed to Iraq December 2004 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 04-06.
